"(AGRICultural OnLine Access) serves as the catalog and index to the collections of the National Agricultural Library, as well as a primary public source for world-wide access to agricultural information." The database indexes journal articles, books, and documents on all aspects of agriculture and allied disciplines, including fisheries, earth, and environmental sciences.
Ingenta Connect
"IngentaConnect is a website that hosts scholarly books and journals from a range of different publishers." Millions of articles, chapters and reports are available for you to search across for free, but access to full text is only available by pay-per-view or by subscription to individual publications. If you are not recognized as having access to a publication, check your library to see if the article is available in print or other online sources or via interlibrary loan.
Eldis
A web gateway to development information from over 7,500 development organizations. Includes full-text documents with summaries. Eldis also includes resource guides and country profiles. Also good for environmental topics.
GreenFILE
From EBSCO publishing. "A freely accessible research database focusing on the relationship between human beings and the environment...Comprised of scholarly and general interest titles, as well as government documents and reports." Includes abstracts and indexing for more than 600 titles with full-text for open access articles.
