Broader Horizons
RSIS monthly newsletter provides reports on maritime security and a news digest with links to full-text articles and reports on naval development and policy, maritime security and safety, as well as shipping, ports, and the maritime economy. The link goes to a  list of several current newsletters, with connections to the extensive range of NTU/RSIS  publications.

Comparative Connections
– The triannual electronic journal on East Asian bilateral relations sponsored by the Pacific Forum CSIS, theAsia-Pacific arm of the Center for Strategic and International Studies. It aims to inform and interpret the significant issues driving political, economic, and security affairs of the US and East Asian relations by an ongoing analysis of events in each key bilateral relationship. The reports are written by a variety of experts in Asian affairs, focus on political/security developments as well as economic issues. Each essay is accompanied by a chronology of significant events occurring between the states in question during the four-month period. A regional overview section places bilateral relationships in a broader context of regional relations.

Marine Policy
This journal of ocean policy studies covers international, regional and national marine policies; institutional arrangements for the management and regulation of marine activities, including fisheries and shipping; conflict resolution; marine pollution and environment; conservation and use of marine resources. Regular features include research reports, conference reports and reports on current developments in ocean affairs.

Ocean Development and International Law
ODIL is devoted to all aspects of international and comparative law and policy concerning the management of ocean use and activities. It focuses on the international aspects of ocean regulation, ocean affairs, and all forms of ocean utilization. Discussions of policy alternatives and factors relevant to policy are emphasized, as are contributions of a theoretical and methodological nature.
